Dr. Spa to the rescue! Went to use our hot tub and it was ICE cold, called JJ and he instructed us on steps to take to prevent the tub from freezing, he came out the next day and viola! The tub was up and running again (happy kids!), his rates were reasonable and he was able to repair the existing motor (capacitor?), I was willing to spend the money for a new motor and he knew it but it’s refreshing to do business with a service tech that’s HONEST! We were referred by a friend who has used JJ (DR. Spa) for service on their 1999 cal spa sine they bought it new (yes, he’s been doing this a long time!)they said that he’s the only thing “keeping it alive”, lol. Highly recommend JJ.

Dr. Spa has provided us with excellent and professional service. JJ our service technician taught us how to maintain our hot tub and to keep it running efficiently throughout the year. He fixed our hot tub, it’s has been running perfectly ever since, and the price quoted was honored. I would highly recommend Dr. Spa to anyone needing service on their hot tub.
